Lennie DiCarlo is a gen point 5 Filipina. Born in the Philippines she immigrated to the United States with her parents at the age of 5. All her life she has known herself to be an American - Filipina. In 2005, she co-founded xroads Philippine Sea Salts with her husband, Anthony DiCarlo, and simultaneously rediscovered her roots. She describes herself as a social entrepreneur, professionally trained chef, avid gardener turned documentary filmmaker. She now considers herself a Filipina - American and is exploring her heritage through FOOD ♥ CULTURE ♥ LIFE. She is passionate about using her platform to inspire purpose and to create impactful change that behind each grain of salt lies not only a livelihood but a culture.


Fides Enriquez

Producer/ Executive Producer, New Art Media Chicken Coop Productions


Fides Enriquez is an independent filmmaker, producer and director. She produced the award winning documentary film “Harana - The Search for the Lost Art of Serenade”, as well as the short films “Ilocandia - A Culinary Journey Home” and “Weaving T’nalak”. She creates videos, documentaries and content at New Art Media Chicken Coop Productions with her partner in life Florante Aguilar. When she is not pre-occupied creating film or theater work, she is busy being a mother to four great kids, raising backyard hens, and putting around her succulent garden in Napa Valley, California.


Cocoy Ventura

Director, Philippines


Cocoy Ventura is a professional chef turned documentary filmmaker. He moved to the Philippines from California in 2015 and has since been based at the Corlyn Integrated Farm in Isabela province, which he manages on top of his film work. His first short film, Ilocandia, was produced by New Art Media (California) and screened at the Montanosa Film Festival in March 2021.
